-
Do you use my main email domain? You must preserve the reputation of your primary domain to ensure the assured deliverability of incoming and outgoing emails. It is essential to conduct campaigns through separate domains and we acquire and register on your behalf up to 15 new domains for campaign purposes.
-
Do I need new email services? Each domain needs to have an email address, and we acquire and set up a Microsoft 365 Email Essentials account for each domain for use with campaign activities.
-
How are campaign emails going to avoid ending up in spam folders? We update DNS for each domain (SPF. DKIM, DMARC, MX; Tracking domains). If the technical set up is flawed, emails will be rejected or end up in spam, or worse a domain can be suspended. A poor domain reputation will significantly reduce the number of emails reaching prospect inboxes. A domain can quickly be blacklisted or suspended if activity passing through it increases rapidly or at high volume. To avoid this, before a campaign can be launched, we warm up each domain gradually by automatically sending and receiving personalized warm-up emails. We monitor deliverability and allocate a domain warm up score so we know when campaigns can be started.
-
Do I have to provide you with a target lead database?Absolutely not! We use your target criteria to get a lead list from our AI-powered database of 450 million+ contacts using a powerful email finder + verifier. Domain reputation and spam algorithms are impacted by email address bounces, so we only pursue ‘deliverability confirmed’ email addresses in any campaign.
-
Do you write my emails and how many do you send to each lead?We write the suggested copy for your approval and create an A/B chain of up to 6 personalized emails per lead. Each is positively spam scored in advance and scheduled to be sent every 4 or 5 days, until a link is clicked, or a reply is received. The main email service providers all impose limits on how many emails can be sent from a domain, and we use IP and inbox rotation to remain way below these limits so as not to trigger spam algorithms. Campaign emails comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. Every month we connect with up to 6,000 new, targeted leads, matching your ideal customer profile.
-
How do I know how my campaign is performing? We monitor your campaign daily, checking the number of emails delivered, bounce rates, open rates, click rates, reply to rates, A/B differentials, domain reputation scores, spam levels, and unsubscribes. You receive a weekly summary report (incorporating statistics, tables and graphs) so you can track the performance and progress of your campaign.
